* I have over 25 years Mental Health experience in the NHS in adult and children's mental health  Services (CAMHS)

* I have extensive experience in assessments and in offering a range of 

  treatments for complex mental health difficulties, depression, anxiety, emotional, 

   developmental and psychological disorders

* I have a core profession as a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN)

* My training and treatments offered are all Evidence Based Treatments, researched based in CBT, DBT, CBTe, Life Coaching, Mindfulness and Parenting Programmes
